Psychological Counselling
Professional Employee Counselling Through Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Over the past 10 years of delivering corporate mental wellness services across India, we have observed that less than 12% of counselling cases are directly related to workplace issues or work-related stress. The remaining 88% stem from personal concerns — such as relationship challenges, parenting, grief and loss, caregiving responsibilities, financial pressures, health concerns, or major life transitions. While these concerns may originate outside the workplace, they often have a significant impact on an employee’s focus, productivity, decision-making, attendance and overall performance at work.
This is where an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) makes a meaningful difference.
Our EAP provides employees with safe, confidential and professional psychological counselling, helping them address concerns before they escalate into more serious mental health challenges or workplace crises. By supporting employees through life’s personal and professional challenges, counselling helps reduce stress, strengthen emotional wellbeing, improve resilience, and enable individuals to perform at their best.
All counselling is provided by qualified mental health professionals in a secure and confidential environment.
Flexible Counselling Options
Employees can access counselling through our secure web portal or mobile app using the mode that is most convenient for them:
- Online (eCounselling): Secure text-based counselling through our platform.
- Telephone Counselling: Speak with a qualified counsellor from wherever you are.
- Video Counselling: Face-to-face sessions from the comfort and privacy of your chosen location.
- Chat Counselling: Real-time messaging support for employees who prefer written communication.
- Group Counselling: Virtual group counselling on select topics, facilitated by experienced counsellors.
To ensure continuity of care and build a strong therapeutic relationship, ongoing sessions are scheduled with the same counsellor whenever possible, enabling deeper understanding, greater trust and better counselling outcomes.
